As many as 20 male beans with an initial weight of 10.47 ± 0.28 kg were used in this study. The research design used is a complete random design (RAL), with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Results

The results showed that the average feed consumption was 32594.03 g/head/week, an average weight gain of 280.07 g/head/week, and an average feed conversion of 1:45. Despite differences in terms of feed consumption, weight gain, and feed conversion, the difference is not significant (P> 0.05).

Discussion

The results of this study indicate that the use of cocoa and banana skin through the fermentation process with various bioactivators does not have a significant effect on the performance of male bean goats. This may be due to the fact that the fermentation process was not optimized, resulting in a limited increase in nutritional value and palatability of feed.
