In addition, the average value of ̅ as a central line (center line) for the control map ̅ is recorded at 2.24, with BKA and BKB of 4.31 and 0.17 respectively.

From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the poverty level in North Sumatra is not yet in the expected control standards. This finding shows that there are still a number of areas that experience high poverty and need to get further attention from the government and the community. The application of control maps helps in identifying variations in poverty levels from year to year. The central line obtained is an important indicator in assessing whether the condition of poverty is within the appropriate control limit.
