Conclusion From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the reed root extract can be formulated into an effervesen tablet using the direct printing method. Formula with granule lactose filler (F1 formula) succeeded in meeting all the characteristics of the Ephervesen tablet, with results approaching the characteristics of the Avicel PH 102 formula (Formula F6) . This study shows good potential for the development of natural ingredient-based drug preparations, which can provide a safer and more effective alternative in treatment.
Thus, the manufacture of ehatime tablets from alang-alang root extract not only provides convenience in use, but also offers a faster way for the body to absorb useful active substances.
