Introduction

The population consisted of 150 employees, and the sampling method used was judgment sampling, which involved 60 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and relevant literature. The analysis method applied in this study included descriptive and quantitative analysis, with the use of the Two Way Anova test.

Results

The results showed a significant difference in employee work performance which was influenced by the level of job satisfaction and the level of education. This means that employees who have a high level of job satisfaction tend to have better work performance, and as well as employees who have a higher level of education.
