The results of the analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software show that both product quality and Brimo service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

Results

The results of this study indicate that the value of t count is greater than t table and the value of f count is greater than the F table. This indicates that the quality of products and services contributes greatly to customer satisfaction, with a variation contribution of 72.4%. That is, almost all variations of customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of the products and services provided, while the remaining 27.6% may be influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
