This study aims to assess the quality of lecturer services through five key variables: Teaching Readiness (X1), Teaching Materials (X2), Teaching Discipline (X3), Teaching Evaluation (X4), and Lecturer Personality (X5). This analysis model utilizes an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to students at STIKOM Medan.

To process ambiguous data about the level of student satisfaction, a fuzzy inference system is employed with the Tsukamoto model. In this approach, the results of the questionnaire are stated in linguistic form, such as very satisfied, satisfied, quite satisfied, not satisfied, and dissatisfied. This linguistic concept is represented through the fuzzy set using the shoulder curve, which allows a more flexible assessment of student satisfaction.

Modeling Fuzzy Tsukamoto

From the questionnaire data collected, the membership function for each variable is determined, producing thirty-five rules (rule) which is the output of this Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. With this approach, analysis can produce more accurate information about the success of lecturers in teaching compared to using a more traditional assessment model.

The average level of satisfaction obtained from respondents shows that 56% of students are satisfied with teaching readiness and teaching material. Meanwhile, 59% of students are satisfied with teaching discipline, 52% are satisfied with the teaching evaluation, and 53% are satisfied with the personality of the lecturer. Overall, the value of lecturer satisfaction obtained through the Tsukamoto method reached 67.60, with the category of satisfaction levels declared "satisfied".
