This indicates that the career development policy adopted by management has a significant influence on improving employee performance. The remaining 35.8% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial test results also confirmed that the hypothesis stating the influence of career development on employee performance was true. This reflects that good career development contributes to employee dedication, loyalty, and achievement.
