Introduction

This is evidenced by the significance value of the F test smaller than α. The t test shows that financial leverage, current ratio, and investment have a significant influence on the DPR individually. This means that changes in the three variables will have a significant impact on company decisions in distributing profits to shareholders.
However, the company's return on investment and risk does not show a significant effect on the DPR. This means that changes in the two variables do not have a significant impact on the company's decision in distributing profits to shareholders.
