Introduction

This low performance has been attributed to various factors, including inadequate knowledge, poor work strategy, and insufficient facilities and infrastructure.

The Deli Serdang Regency Health Center has been receiving funding support from donor organizations such as the Global Fund ATM to improve its malaria control program. However, some other identified factors have an influence on the performance of malaria officers, including knowledge about the environment, leadership, work behavior, and training received.
