Background Phyllodes tumors are a rare type of biphasic breast tumor, consisting of two main components: neoplastic stroma cells and glands coated with epithelium. The stroma element in phyllodes tumors is more cellular and larger in proportion compared to other tumors. With the resulting P value of less than 0.001, further analysis shows that the value of the Magnor of Malignant Phyllodes tumors reaches an average of 5.37 (range 5.03-5.72), while the Phyllodes Borderline tumor has an average value of 2.63 (range 1.56-3.69), and the benign phyllodes tumor is at the lowest average value of 2.75 (range 1.69-3.8). All of these differences indicate strong significance (p <0.001).

Conclusions From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the value of Magnor in the malignant phyllodes tumor is the highest compared to the borderline and benign phyllodes tumors. This finding indicates that the Agnor value can be used as an important indicator in determining the level of malignancy of the phyllodes tumor. Thus, an understanding of the difference in the value of this proliferation can help in handling and managing breast tumors more effectively.
