The data used was secondary data in the form of a monthly time series for 72 months.

Results

The results showed that the effect of risk premiums, company size (SMB), and liquidity (Illq) of excess return significantly influenced by time variations. This suggests that the multifactor CAPM model is a more accurate representation of stock returns than the classical CAPM model.
