Despite its good performance, P2TP2A still faces several challenges in carrying out its duties effectively. The institution requires full support from various parties, including the government, to improve its performance. Increasing the budget, increasing the number of staff and facilities, and strengthening coordination between institutions is an important step to improve the performance of P2TP2A. Only with strong support, P2TP2A can carry out its functions optimally in handling cases of sexual violence against children and protecting the rights of children in Langkat Regency.

Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations are made:
