This study employed a questionnaire method that applied a random sampling technique (accidental sampling) to 100 consumers who happened to visit the Blue Tent Restaurant. The data obtained was then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis included multiple regression analysis that used the F test and T test, as well as the Regression Coefficient Analysis (R²). On the other hand, qualitative analysis was done by giving descriptions and explanations to the data obtained.

Results

The results of the hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the five independent variables studied - namely physical proof, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees, and empathy - had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. Through the F test, we can see that the five independent variables are feasible to be tested to relate to purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.400 indicates that 40 percent of the purchasing decision decision variable can be explained by five independent variables in the regression equation. Meanwhile, the remaining 60 percent is influenced by other variables outside the five variables used in this study.

Conclusion

This study shows that service quality has a significant impact on purchasing decisions at the Blue Tent Restaurant. With the increasing understanding of aspects that affect customer satisfaction, restaurant managers can take strategic steps to improve services. This can not only increase customer satisfaction but also encourage them to return and recommend this place to others. Therefore, the focus on improving the quality of service must be a top priority for the manager of a blue tent restaurant to achieve long-term success.
