Furthermore, secondary data from Humbang Hasundutan Regency revealed alarming figures: 6,234 cases of diarrhea in 2009, 2,374 cases in 2010, and 6,065 cases in 2011, with incident rates of 37, 13.8, and 35 per 1000 population, respectively.
