Analysis of the Implementation of the Integrated Puskesmas Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) in Simalungun Regency in 2005

Background of the Study

Since 2005, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has implemented a Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) as an effort to meet the needs of data and information at the Puskesmas level. The Integrated Puskesmas Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) is the main source of SIMPUS. However, based on research from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the use of SP2TP data is not optimal because of some obstacles in the system design. Research Methodology
