This study proposed two hypotheses:

The ability and willingness of the company, work productivity, position position, and education and work experience affects the provision of incentives to employees at Amir Hamzah University, Medan.

Research Methodology

This study uses a census approach, namely by taking samples from the entire employee population at Amir Hamzah University in Medan. The main data collection method used is a questionnaire, which includes factors related to research variables. The data obtained is then analyzed using the statistical method. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with descriptive explanatory nature.

Research Result

The results showed that overall, the implementation of work culture and giving incentives had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, partially, only incentives have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Furthermore, research found that the implementation of overall incentive policies was influenced by the readiness and willingness of the organization, work productivity, position position, and education and training. However, partially, both positions and education and experience did not have a significant influence on incentive policies at Amir Hamzah University in Medan.

Analysis and Discussion

The results of this study indicate that the provision of incentives is an important factor that can increase employee job satisfaction at Amir Hamzah University in Medan. This shows that the provision of appropriate and fair incentives can motivate employees to work better and achieve the expected performance targets.

However, it should be noted that work culture also has an important role in creating job satisfaction. A positive and supportive work culture can create a comfortable work environment and motivate employees to work better.

This research also highlights the importance of the readiness and willingness of the organization in providing incentives. Factors such as financial capability, work productivity, and fair appreciation systems will affect the effectiveness of incentive programs.

Based on the results of this study, several recommendations can be given:

Formation of Positive Work Culture: It is important to build a positive and supportive work culture in the work environment, which encourages collaboration, open communication, and appreciation for achievement.
