This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of financial compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Kabun Rokan Hulu, Riau Province.

The results of this study showed that the R-Square value of 77.8% indicated that employee performance could be explained by the financial compensation variable and the work environment. The remaining 22.2% can be explained by other factors that are not examined in this study. This suggests that financial compensation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance.
