The primary objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the variety factor on various aspects of plant growth and yield.

The results of this study revealed that the variety factor had a significant effect on plant height, the number of tillers, the number of panicles per plant, the number of grain-filled panicles, the number of empty grains per panicle, the weight of 1000 grains, production per plant, production per plot, and did not significantly affect the percentage of empty grains per panicle. These findings suggest that different varieties exhibit distinct genetic characteristics, influencing their ability to adapt to the environment and productivity.
