This study aims to analyze the influence of rational, emotional, and spiritual marketing on the trust of Bank Muamalat customers among the academic community of the University of North Sumatra.

The results of this study showed that rational, emotional, and spiritual marketing partially had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, with a contribution of 25.8%. Of the three variables, spiritual marketing variables have proven to be the dominant factor that affects customer trust.

Conclusion

Through a marketing approach that includes rational, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, Bank Muamalat can build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with its customers, especially among the academics of the University of North Sumatra. By utilizing this holistic marketing strategy, banks can not only increase customer satisfaction, but also create greater loyalty in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry. This study provides important insights for bank management in designing marketing strategies that are more effective and reliable.
