Methodology

This study employed a quantitative approach, using a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from previous research journals and related books. To analyze the data, researchers conducted several tests, including validity tests, reliability, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis tests through T-T-Tests and F-Tests, as well as the Determination coefficient test. All data analysis was carried out using SPSS software.

This indicates that the better the promotion is done, the higher the consumer buying interest in the Serasoft Shampoo.
Sales Promotion Girl Service has a positive effect: The T-count value of 2,480 is also greater than the T-table value of 1,661, and the significant level of 0.015 is smaller than 0.05. This shows that good service from SPGs can increase consumer buying interest.
Combined effect of promotion and Sales Promotion Girl Service: The promotion and service of SPGs have a significant positive impact on consumer repurchase interests, with a contribution of 30.3%. The remaining 69.7% is explained by other factors that were not investigated in this study.

Conclusion

This study confirms that both the promotion and service of the Sales Promotion Girl have a significant influence on the interest in buying the Serasoft Shampoo at the Irian Branch Supermarket HM Joni. Therefore, it is essential for companies to continue to improve promotional strategies and service quality provided by SPGs to increase customer satisfaction and interest in buying. This will certainly have a positive impact on the sale of products in this increasingly competitive market.
