Introduction

This study demonstrates that LDH has a higher sensitivity and specificity compared to AGDA as a diagnostic tool for PCP in HIV/AIDS patients at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. LDH can be a valuable diagnostic tool, especially in areas with limited access to PCR.
