The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between several variables and the LGD of Home Ownership Credit (KPR). The growth of BI interest rates, GDP growth, LTV, and Basic Credit Interest Rates have a positive and significant influence on LGD KPR. This means that when the BI, GDP, and LTV interest rates increase, and the basic interest rates of credit have increased, the risk of loss due to Failure to Pay (LGD) on home ownership loans also tends to increase.

On the other hand, variables such as housing prices, loans, and arrears day show negative and significant effects on KPR LGD. This indicates that when the price of housing and the amount of loan taken increases, and the number of days of credit arrears also increases, the LGD risk also increases.

The results of this study have important implications for banking institutions in Indonesia. The findings suggest that banks need to pay attention to the factors of macroeconomic and customer behavior in the distribution of mortgage loans. The bank needs to conduct a more in-depth assessment of risks associated with credit granting, especially in unstable economic conditions.
