Introduction

The data was obtained by accessing and downloading independent audit reports and annual reports available on the official IDX website, www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used in this study is logistic regression at a 5% significance level.

This suggests that companies with larger sizes tend to be more able to submit financial reports on time. This can be linked to more resources and better systems to meet reporting requirements. However, other factors such as the age of the company, the reputation of the accounting firm, the debt ratio, and the auditor's opinion did not show a significant effect on the timeliness of financial statements.
